International Lyric Academy in Italy 2020, 26 years celebrating, will be again in the amazing city of Vicenza, just twenty-minutes from Venice by train. Rehearsals, lessons and performances will be held in the air-conditioned facilities of the Teatro Comunale di Vicenza! Intensive training in singing, masterclasses, voice lessons and daily Italian language and diction instruction. You'll sing in a fully staged opera production of Puccini's Gianni Schicchi & Suor Angelica and Menotti's The old maid and the Thief, and have the opportunity to audition for agents. Opera Saratoga Festival Artist Program 2020: Deadline extended to 9/16

Deadline extended until Mon. Sept. 16th! Principal, supporting and cover roles are available for singers, along with fellowships for conductors, pianists, and directors. Artists are featured in 3 fully staged productions: MADAMA BUTTERFLY (Puccini/Giacosa - Director: Izumi Ashizawa; Conductor: Dean Williamson), THE PIRATES OF PENZANCE (Gilbert & Sullivan - Director: Eve Summer; Conductor: Brian DeMaris), and SKY ON SWINGS (Beecher/Moscovitch - Director: Lawrence Edelson; Conductor: Emily Senturia). Soloists for Rossini’s PETITE MESSE SOLENNELLE will also be cast from the program. Opera North is now accepting applications for its Summer 2020 Resident Artist Program. The 2020 season includes productions of The Magic Flute (sung in English) and Turandot, along with concerts of opera arias and musical theater selections with orchestra. Performances take place at Lebanon Opera House as well as Blow-Me-Down Farm, the site of Opera North's new park for the arts developed in conjunction with the National Park Service. Resident Artists sing and/or cover leading and supporting roles in the 2020 season's productions alongside leading professionals in the field, and are featured in recitals, dinner cruises on Lake Sunapee, donor events, and more!

Launch your career in paradise with PALM BEACH OPERA. The application deadline for our 2021 Benenson Young Artist and Bailey Apprentice Artist Programs is MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 9. These 6-month professional residencies offer transformative performing opportunities and intensive training with an outstanding faculty. All artists benefit from regular work with guest coaches Craig Rutenberg and Danielle Orlando; voice teachers Stephen King and Michael Paul; and resident coaches Ben Malensek, Greg Ritchey, Tim Cheung, and Ksenia Leletkina.
