APPLICATIONS NOW OPEN!

The Merola Opera Program under the artistic leadership of the San Francisco Opera Center: Carrie-Ann Matheson, Artistic Director and Markus Beam, General Manager, announces 2026 opportunities for singers, pianists, and directors.

In addition to multiple performance opportunities, participants receive daily individual coaching in their discipline, training in diction, acting, movement, financial planning, leadership coaching, mental health and well-being, physical wellness, and branding from leading professionals in the opera field, as well as public master classes with internationally renowned artists.
