The 25-26 Schmidt Vocal Competition Undergraduate Awards: Applications open November 3!

Schmidt Vocal Arts is excited to once again offer an online competition for undergraduate singers: The Schmidt Vocal Competition Undergraduate Awards. This online competition will be held in Dec. 2025-Feb. 2026, culminating in a live-streamed awards ceremony on Feb. 14, 2026. Applications open Nov. 3!

UPPER DIVISION 
Four (4) Winners - $5,000 each
Up to Six (6) Finalists - $700 each
Up to Three (3) Encouragement Awards - $350 each

LOWER DIVISION 
Four (4) Winners - $5,000 each
