Prague Summer Nights: Young Artists Music Festival invites aspiring opera professionals to perform Mozart Operas in the Estates Theatre—one of the world’s most historic and revered opera houses. Over four immersive weeks in Tábor and Prague, participants receive individual coaching and voice lessons from distinguished faculty from institutions such as Juilliard, NEC, Peabody, Denver University, Oberlin, University of Michigan, Northwestern University and other leading institutions.
The 2026 season culminates in professionally staged and costumed productions of Puccini’s Suor Angelica at the Church of Sts. Simon and Jude, accompanied by a larger PSN chamber ensemble, and Mozart’s Die Zauberflöte and Don Giovanni in the Estates Theatre, accompanied by the full Prague Summer Nights orchestra. Each opera is professionally photographed and filmed in high-definition, with materials provided to participants after the festival. Additional performance opportunities include an Opera Scenes program in the DON Theatre in Tábor and a Cabaret night at a jazz club in Prague. Limited scholarships/financial aid available. Live Auditions will be from January 19 to February 13, 2026. Venues and dates to be announced soon (see website).
