Deadline February 9: The Centre de Perfeccionament del Palau de les Art 26-28!
The Centre de Perfeccionament del Palau de les Arts, the Young Artists Programme of Palau de les Arts Reina Sofía in Valencia offers a project of professional insertion and training for young opera singers.
This artistic project, the only program of its kind in a Spanish theatre, is offered to candidates who possess high vocal and artistic qualities, as well as adequate technical preparation to allow for the perfection of their skills and their integration into the daily activity of an opera house.
This integration is possible thanks to the performance of their first roles in the titles of Les Arts’ opera season, alongside prestigious directors and conductors, with the purpose of giving them the necessary experience to face the professional reality of working with opera companies in the future.
We offer training and an employment contract
• Employment contract: monthly gross remuneration of €1600.
• Real experience: performance of roles in the titles of the opera season of Les Arts.
• Extra pay per performance: an additional gross amount of €100/200 will be paid per performance at the Sala Principal or at the Auditori (depending on the relevance of the role).
• Perfection: Technical and artistic training with highly qualified professionals.

•Semi-final round: 20 and 21 March 2026.
•Final round: 23 March 2026.
- Requirements
• Age: Women (18-30 years old) | Men (18-33 years old).
• Training: Provide proof of adequate musical and vocal training (public or private).
• Languages: knowledge of predominant languages in the operatic repertoire.
