Spend your summer in Italy in a transformative three-week residency designed for singers eager to refine their artistry, expand their repertoire, and immerse themselves in the vibrant musical and cultural life of Orvieto.

Explore the repertoire that speaks most deeply to you—from art song to operatic roles—while working side by side with world-class artist-faculty who have graced international stages including the Staatsoper Hannover, Royal Opera House, Paris Opera, and more.

Just an hour north of Rome, Orvieto rises above the Umbrian countryside—an ancient hilltop city where history, architecture, and artistry converge. Within its stone-walled theaters and intimate chapels, singers find the rare opportunity to study, rehearse, and perform at the highest level while developing their craft in an environment that inspires excellence.

We offer two distinctive tracks tailored to your stage of development:

• Voice Intensive: Designed for graduate and emerging artists ready to engage deeply with performance, interpretation, and professional preparation.
• Voice Spotlight Institute: Open to undergraduate and graduate singers seeking focused development and mentorship in a supportive, performance-driven environment.

Each day in Orvieto brings an extraordinary blend of private lessons, coachings, and ensemble rehearsals, culminating in public performances throughout the historic city. Participants also take part in language workshops, cultural excursions, and shared meals that capture the essence of Italian life—building not only technique and confidence but lifelong artistic connections.
