Opera NEO's 2014 application is up on YAP Tracker!  The program dates for this year are from July 18 - August 17, 2014, and the location will again be in lovely San Diego, CA. Opportunities for singers, pianists and directors are offered, and live auditions will be held in Honolulu, Austin, Washington, D.C., Columbus, San Diego, Boston and by recording.
