The 28th Annual Lotte Lenya Competition: you’re up next!

The Lotte Lenya Competition, the one-of-kind contest for singing actors across the entire lyric theater spectrum, returns for its 28th year! Submit your application now at kwf.org through February 4, 2026. 

Top Finals prizes are $25,000, $20,000 and $15,000. Additional prizes will be awarded after the Preliminary and Semifinal, and Finals rounds — including our recently added Audience Choice Award!
