Heartland Sings' 2024 Vocal Competition: deadline Jan 20, 2024!

Heartland Sings' and Maestro Robert Nance announce the 2024 Vocal Competition for emerging vocal professionals ages 22-35. This unique competition involves a preliminary round of auditions via digital submission - deadline January 20, 2024. 12 semi-finalists will be selected by February 20, 2024. Semi-finalists will come to Fort Wayne (housing and travel stipend provided) to compete on May 20 and perform in Heartland's production "A Night at the Opera" with full orchestra on May 22. Finalists perform solos in this concert with winners announced at its conclusion. First prize $3000, second prize $2000, and third prize $1000. An additional $1000 prize is awarded for outstanding artist from the state of Indiana.
