Following the great success of its inaugural 2013 Summer Program, OCAVA announces the 2014 Summer Program for singers in Rome, Italy. This three-week program is open to high school and college students, and accomplished amateurs who want to develop performance skills, expand repertoire, improve vocal technique, and actively participate in music making and performances in a highly professional and supportive atmosphere. ​ The young artists from the conservatories and schools of music in the United States and abroad are carefully chosen through auditions to come together to Rome, Italy, for an intensive three-week program that combines vocal and Italian language study. Program participants will work closely with a faculty of internationally distinguished artists, teachers, and coaches.
