Posting opportunities for general use

Many of our YAP Tracker singer members also serve local opera companies, young artist programs, training programs or workshops in an administrative capacity and thus want to share notices about their upcoming auditions or offerings with our members.  If you'd like to keep your "hats" separate, you are welcome to request a company account through the Performing Arts Companies link on the front page, or by contacting us directly.

If your company already exists in our system and you would like for us to add your userid as a company contact, you are welcome to contact us for assistance.

Alternatively, singers are able to use our private opportunities page to post auditions publicly.  The page is accessible under the opportunities menu.  If you'd like to post an audition or application for general YAP Tracker member use, please complete the following steps:

  1. First, please review our listing guidelines before posting.
  2. Navigate to the private opportunities page
  3. Click the Add a private listing link (as shown below):
  4. Add a private listing

  5. Complete as much information as possible. Doing so will ensure the best and largest applicant pool and will help to avoid delays in getting your listing posted.
  6. Click the Save and Submit to YAP Tracker for Publishing option at the bottom of the screen.
  7. Save and submit
