Application Processing Terms and Conditions
The following is in addition to the terms and conditions, agreed to during the account registration process.
- Processing Fees.
- Applications processed directly on YAP Tracker will incur a $4.00 per submission charge, up to a maximum charge of $2000 per application form. If a company has more than one application form, the maximum charge will be $2000 per application.
- A single application form cannot be used for multiple opportunities over different periods of time (exceptions can be made in unique circumstances with written approval).
- If an application includes a fee set by the company (including an audition fee) and the applicant submits payment using YAP Tracker’s credit card processing functionality, an additional credit card processing fee will be charged to the company.
- The credit card processing fee is equivalent to $0.30 + 2.9% of the application fee (in $USD) per application. For example, for a $50 application fee, YAP Tracker charges a credit card fee of $1.75 for each submission. Higher fees may apply for non-USD currency requests. Please inquire.
- There is a minimum $300 per application processing fee on all applications.
- Company Initiated Refund A company may request that YAP Tracker refund an applicant’s application fee that was paid for with a credit card through YAP Tracker’s credit card processing option. Any request will be processed by YAP Tracker within 7 business days. An applicant can expect a refund within 15 days from the date that the refund is processed. Application processing and credit card processing fees charged to the company by YAP Tracker will not be refunded back to the company. Please note that we can not process refunds more than 60 days after the fee was paid by the singer. This is a limit imposed by our credit card processor. For fees paid more than 60 days ago, you must process the refund yourself (via check).
- Singer Initiated Refund All requests by singers for an application fee refund will be directed to the company for resolution. Singers who use our application processing service agree to a set of terms and conditions that includes wording precluding them from initiating a refund request from their credit card company (often referred to as a chargeback for an unauthorized charge). However, a singer may initiate a refund request, and YAP Tracker will notify the company upon such a request and allow the company 7 days to respond to us. If the unauthorized transaction request is accepted by the company, YAP Tracker will charge the company the full application fee if the application funds have already been dispersed to the company. If the company wishes to appeal the chargeback request, the company must notify YAP Tracker within 7 days and provide any additional supportive information. YAP Tracker will then initiate an appeal with the credit card processing company on behalf of the company. If the appeal is successful, YAP Tracker will notify the company and no further action is required. If the appeal is denied, YAP Tracker will charge the company the full application fee, in addition to any fees charged by the credit card processing company for pursuing the appeal. Please note that we can not process refunds more than 60 days after the fee was paid by the singer. This is a limit imposed by our credit card processor. For fees paid more than 60 days ago, you must process the refund yourself (via check).
- Dispersing funds Within the first 10 days of a month, YAP Tracker will disperse any application fees collected via credit card during the previous month. The amount dispersed will be minus credit card processing fees, refunds and applicable application fees detailed above. If you wish to be paid on an alternate schedule, please contact us to discuss. If amount to be dispersed is less than $500, YAP Tracker will defer processing until the first month in which the total amount exceeds $500. YAP Tracker will also defer payment until the YAP Tracker per application fee exceeds $300 to ensure the minimum fee is covered. YAP Tracker will send payment via check. International bank wires are available for an additional $40 fee.
- Company Payments
- If the time between an application opening and closing is less than 3 months, YAP Tracker will prepare an invoice at the end of the application period for any unpaid funds (including processed refunds). Payment must be made before the payment due date (60 days from the invoice preparation date). Late payment will be subjected to a $50 late fee, per month, unless an extension has been approved in writing by YAP Tracker.
- If the time between an application opening and closing is more than three months, YAP Tracker will prepare an invoice every three months from the date that an application opens for any unpaid funds (including processed refunds). Payment must be made before the payment due date (60 days from the invoice preparation date). Late payment will be subjected to a $50 late fee, per month, unless an extension has been approved in writing by YAP Tracker.
- Companies will have the option to pay via check or credit card.

- No warranties. Centiero Corporation makes no warranties or representations of any kind for the services being offered. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, non-infringement, or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. No advice or information given by Centiero Corporation or its agents or employees shall create a warranty. Centiero Corporation provides no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or error free or that any information, software or other material accessible on the service is free from viruses or other harmful components. Under no circumstances shall Centiero Corporation be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages that result in any way from your use of or inability to use the service, or for third parties' use of the service to access your application, or to access the Internet or any part thereof, or your or any third parties' reliance on or use of information, services, or merchandise provided on or through the service, or that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files, errors, defects, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance.
- Back Up. Your use of the service is at your sole risk. Centiero Corporation is not responsible for files and data residing with your account and/or application. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on Centiero Corporation servers.
- Indemnification. Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Centiero Corporation harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against Centiero Corporation, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Centiero Corporation against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Centiero Corporation's server; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customer from Centiero Corporation server.
- Disclaimer. Centiero Corporation will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Centiero Corporation makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. Centiero Corporation disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, no deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by Centiero Corporation and its employees.
- Data storage. Centiero Corporation reserves the right to delete stored material and data one year after an application closes.
