After the initial application on YAP Tracker, shortlisted candidates will be asked to prepare and record a concept presentation to be submitted by 13 December 2024. Please refer to the guidelines on the RBO website for the list of operas. If you have any questions on the repertoire/opera, please contact JPAPAssistant@roh.org.uk

Audition process for Stage Directors

1) YAP Tracker Application : Deadline Thursday 24 October 2024

2) Recorded Presentation : Deadline Friday 13 December 2024

3) Live Auditions held in London from Monday 10 February – Wednesday 12 February 2025 dependent on applicant availability.

Please give the names and contact details of two referees. These may not be your agent or teacher. Two letters of recommendation must be received by the deadline or the application will be rejected. It is the applicant’s responsibility to contact their referees in plenty of time to ensure they are happy to provide a reference and are able to do so by the deadline. If any of the original referees has not responded a week before the deadline, it is recommended that applicants contact others so that their application can still be completed in time. At this stage, the applicant may add details of up to two further referees to ensure that at least two references are received by the deadline.

There is no application fee for the Programme, however there is an administrative charge of $5 (USD).
