ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The candidates will be selected by means of an audition. The audition will consist on the following parts:

a) Playing one of the following excerpts, chosen by the jury among the following:

- Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart: Overture of Don Giovanni

- Amadeo Vives: Fandango (Nº 13 B) of Doña Francisquita

Playing (and singing in the vocal lines)

- Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart: Don Giovanni. Scena III Recitativo:

“Ah del padre il periglio...”

- Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart: Don Giovanni: Recitativo accompagnato and Duetto:

“Fuggi, crudele, fuggi...” (Donna Anna – Don Ottavio).

- Richard Strauss: Der Rosenkavalier. Act II Presentation of the rose:

“Mir ist die Ehre widerfahren…” (from bar 3 of rehearsal number 24 “Ziemlich langsam” until bar 8 before rehearsal numberntes 39 “Leicht bewegt”).

b) Sight-reading and following a conductor’s beat in all or in part of the pieces from part a), chosen by the jury.

c) Working session with a singer selected by the jury, and without prior rehearsal, on a fragment chosen by the jury among the following:

- Ernest Chausson

“Les Papillons”

d) Personal interview.

Grabación en video de una pieza pianística, de mínimo 10 minutos y máximo 15, que contenga dos obras de estilos diferentes: 1. Una obra o movimiento de sonata del repertorio clásico o romántico. (Ej. Sonata de Mozart, Haydn, Beethoven, Schubert... o pieza de Chopin, Schumann, Brahms...). 2. Una obra o fragmento del repertorio del siglo XX o XXI. (Ej. Debussy, Ravel, Bartók, Ginastera, Ligeti, etc.).//- A video recording of a piano piece, minimum 10 minutes and maximum 15, containing pieces of two different styles. 1.
