Thank you for applying for the 2026 season of Opera in the Ozarks. This will be the 76th season at Inspiration Point where we opened our new, state-of-the-art theater in May 2025.

Before completing the application below, read the audition and program information found at https://operaintheozarks.com/audition.  Those auditioning virtually will submit three selections with the application. 

• Those requesting a live audition will be assigned a time at their preferred site after submitting the completed application. See the website above for January dates and locations. Those auditioning live may submit one video selection as a prelude to their audition.
• If applying for financial aid, please complete the separate scholarship application found on the web page above.

Audition "Interview" video -- required of all applicants

Please record a short, informal video (1-2 minutes, cell phone is OK) in which you share: 1) what unique qualities would you bring to the 2026 vocal artist company, and 2) what, specifically, you would wish to accomplish if chosen. Plan, but don't script, your thoughts. We wish to get sense of your personality and ambitions.

FOR VIRTUAL AUDITION APPLICANTS : Please include video files of three selections that have been recorded since August, 2025. Applicants auditioning live may upload one selection as a prelude to that audition. Present at least one aria in Italian, one in English and another in the language of your choice. One may be an art song, oratorio aria or musical theatre selection. If possible, announce your selections individually.
