McCammon Voice Competition

2018 McCammon Voice Competition

This application closed on Friday January 12, 2018.

The McCammon Voice Competition is open to artists between the age of 21-35 (male), and 21-32 female, who have not performed a contracted role with a Level 1 opera company and are not engaged as an artists in the 2018 Fort Worth Opera Festival.

Applicants must submit a full resume and headshot, proof of age, recordings of four contrasting opera arias and a non-refundable $40 application fee.

Application Signature

By submitting this application, applicants agree to abide by the rules and decisions of the McCammon Competition committee and judges. Winners agree to acknowledge their McCammon Voice Competition award in any program, biography or news release for THREE years. You also understand that the Competition and associated activities may be recorded, either audio or audiovisual, and the Competition shall have sole ownership of any recording, and have the right to broadcast the recording for non-commercial purposes or to use the materials for publicity purposes without compensation to the artist. No commercial use of the recording will be used without consent and compensation to the artist.*
