2019 Prelude to Performance Application

This application closed on Sunday March 24, 2019.

The Martina Arroyo Foundation's Prelude to Performance young artist program will be held in New York City from June 17 to July 14, 2019. Prelude is Tuition-Free. The opera for this summer is Strauss's, Die Fledermaus, semi staged with orchestra at the Kaye Playhouse at Hunter College. For those who are paying by credit card, please use YAP Tracker. There will be NO date/time changes allowed after the deadline of a particular set of auditions!!! Also there are no stipends available for this summers program.

We do accept audio/video auditions in cases where there is either scheduling problems or financial hardship. Please submit good quality video/audio URL( You Tube). MP3 files are also permitted. Do not alter the sound on either the audio or video!

Only required if applicant cannot audition in person. While videos are preferred, you can submit an audio mp3. Quality of the submission will be considered.
