Video Submissions*

All applicants must upload two individual video clips via YouTube to their YAP Tracker application. Video submissions should follow the requirements and guidelines detailed in the How to Appy/Materials Required section of the Opportunity listing. Video selections that do not meet these criteria must first be approved for submission by JTVA. Any questions about the video submission requirements may be sent to jamestolandvocalarts@gmail.com. Statement of Understanding*

By selecting this checkbox, I certify that all of the above information is true and correct. I agree to abide by the rules and decisions of James Toland Vocal Arts, Inc. (JTVA) and its judges for the competition. If I do not adhere to the rules and regulations of the competition I may be disqualified, there will be no recourse in being reconsidered, and no refund of the application fee shall be made. I understand that the competition and associated activities may be photographed or recorded, either by audio and/or audiovisual. JTVA shall have sole ownership of any such photographs and recordings and shall have the right to use such materials for non-commercial purposes or to use the materials for publicity purposes without compensation to me. Competition winners shall agree to acknowledge their 2026 JTVA Vocal Competition awards in any program, biography, or news release for three years from the date of the competition. Competition winners shall also agree to use reasonable efforts to participate, on request by JTVA, in fundraising or other public events at mutually convenient times and locations for 18 months from the date of the competition.
