Live Auditions

Opera Auditions:

  • Selection of 5 arias (3 Languages recommended).​
  • Singers may choose their opening aria, and may be asked for 1-2 additional pieces by the panel.

Musical Theater Auditions:

  • Selection of 2 songs from Musical Theater.
  • The 2 songs should be in contrasting styles.
  • You may be asked to perform an additional 1-2 songs at the panel's request.

For all live auditions:

  • Applicants are responsible to provide their own pianist.
  • Depending on schedule, walk-in auditions may be available.

Video/Recorded Auditions:

  • ​Opera applicants should submit 2 selections at the applicant's discretion, the two selections must vary in language and styles.
  • Musical Theater applicants will submit two selections in contrasting styles.

Every applicant (virtual or in-person) shall pay an application fee of $40.

Payment Details

Please click this link to pay the one time audition fee of $40 using Venmo. Your audition slot will be emailed to you upon registration. Alternatively, you can pay by YAP Tracker's online payment portal upon submitting your application. If you pay by Venmo, select "Custom Payment URL" below. Your audition timeslot will not be registered until payment is made.
