Mark Adamo is the 2018 Composer in Residence 

For either live or recorded auditions, you must submit the following:

DEVELOPING SINGER APPLICANTS: 

  • Italian Aria (Handel, preferred)
  • English Aria (Contemporary American, preferred)
  • Contrasting Aria
  • Musical Theatre Selection (Sondheim, preferred--if auditioning for Sweeney Todd) 

PROFESSIONAL FELLOW APPLICANTS: 

  • Italian Aria (Handel, preferred)
  • English Aria (Contemporary American, preferred)
  • Contrasting Aria
  • Musical Theatre Selection (Sondheim, preferred--if auditioning for Swenney Todd)

YOUNG SINGER APPLICANTS: 

  • Two songs in contrasting styles (musical theater, classical, or non classical)

MUSICAL THEATRE APPLICANTS ONLY (Developing Singers & Professional Fellows who are auditioning only for Sweeney Todd):

- Three contrasing selections (including one Sondheim) 

ATTENTION:  All video auditions must be attached in the video section below.  You must announce your name and the title of the piece before each submission.  A new video is preferred, however, if you are unable to do so, the submission must have been recorded within the last 6 months.

The first round of casting will be done following the New York City auditions.  Video auditions received by December 20th will be reviewed at that time as well. 

Roles available for Developing Singers.  Scholarships available.  Two work-study positions available for a cast member in Little Women and Sweeney Todd.
