For either live or recorded auditions, you must prepare the following: DEVELOPING SINGER APPLICANTS: 1) An aria in Italian; 2) An aria by Mozart (encouraged, but not required); 3) A comic song or aria in English (Gilbert and Sullivan encouraged); 4) A song or aria in French, German, or Spanish. PROFESSIONAL FELLOW APPLICANTS: 1) An aria by Mozart; 2) An aria by Puccini (women only); 3) A comic song or aria in English (Gilbert and Sullivan encouraged); 4) A song or aria in French, German, or Spanish. YOUNG SINGER APPLICANTS: 1.) Two songs in contrasting styes (musical theater, classical, or non classical). Minimum number of selections permitted: 2. Maximum number of selections permitted: 4
