The 8th Annual Handel Aria Competition has unfortunately been postponed until 2021 for the safety of our musicians and audience members. The upper age limit for the competition will be extended when we resume so that all singers eligible this year can still participate.

The submission should consist of an unedited recording of two Handel arias, one in English and one in another language. They can be from any Handel work (opera, oratorio, motet, etc.) Please visit our website for complete requirements: handelariacompetition.com. Label recording with your name and titles of arias. Piano, harpsichord, and/or instrumental accompaniment will be accepted for the recording; however, the finals will be accompanied by harpsichord and instrumental ensemble at A=415 Hz. Technically poor recordings will be rejected. Number of selections required: 2.
