list of instructions before submitting your application.

Audition Dates

Please indicate ALL days you are available for the competition.  While efforts will be made to accomodate date requests, the Jensen Foundation cannot guarantee any date and flexibility will be rewarded!  All finalists MUST be available Saturday, May 26, 2012. Please note that Memorial Day is May 28, 2012.
Maximum number of selections permitted: 6

Aria List

List the 6 arias you will be prepared to sing at the competition.  Please enter the aria information as accurately as possible--your entries will be given to the judges on their scoresheets. 

Your arias should showcase your range of work--but musical theater and oratorio are not accepted. 

Any changes to your audition selections must be done through YAP Tracker by April 30, 2012.  No changes will be accepted after that date.

Proof of residency must be submitted in the form of a copy of a U.S. passport, a permanent resident (green) card, or a U.S. birth certificate. A drivers license will NOT be accepted. Number of documents required: 1.
