About Children's Opera Festival 2026:

This festival was created to bring children's opera to audiences across the Midlands of South Carolina. FBN Productions is proud to produce the 2nd Children's Opera Festival, featuring "All According to Taste: The Three Bears Guide to Porridge Making" (Balfe/Gainey), and the premiere of a new commission: "Anna's Mystery History Bus" (Weiss/Hogan).

Contract dates are May 17-June 1

Performance dates are May 28-31

Auditions for the Children's Opera Festival are by virtual submission only - auditions should include an English 20th or 21st C aria, Mozart aria, and musical theatre selection
