All applicants must complete and submit this form, upload audio files, letters of recommendation and statement of intent, along with the $35 application fee to be considered for the Crested Butte Opera Studio. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
Materials mailed to the company office may not be reviewed.
Application fees must be postmarked NO LATER than November 3, 2014 to be considered.
Applicants must not be over the age of 31 by July 1, 2015
