COSA Canada at Mount Allison: Summer Vocal Intensive - June 18 - 25, 2023

COSA Canada and Mount Allison University have created an experience for singers to grow and thrive in today's changing world. It is presented in two pathways: The "Artist on the Rise" pathway, for grade 12 and undergraduate singers, and the "Emerging Professional Artist" pathway for graduate-level artists and beyond. The geographical location is an invitation to deep learning -  nestled in our beautiful Sackville campus in Canada's Atlantic provinces. This immersive singing environment is focussed on process, where the end product is you, emerging an informed and capable artist armed with transferable skils for career resilience! This program offers interactive workshops on career-building, making your way as an artist -  in - and outside of the arts, networking strategies, best practices for auditioning, and communicating with charisma, confidence, and authenticity. The world-renowned voice and coaching faculty will design collaborative and personalized lessons and performing opportunities to develop as a compelling storyteller and vocalist. Learning by doing will include staged songs, arias, opera scenes, or a role within a larger work.

We are proud to offer audition-applications without fees, private, non-billeted accommodation with meals, and partial tuition scholarships.
