LYADP Lindemann Young Artist Development Program: SINGERS Application (2020-2021)

Please complete the information below and submit your application by the specified deadline.

Video: At least two no more than three contrasting selections must be uploaded. 

Audition Scheduling: Artists granted a live audition will have the option to self-schedule their audition time through YAP Tracker.

Fee: There is no application fee.

Pianist: LYADP will provide a pianist for the auditions but you are welcome to bring your own if desired at your own expense.

Feedback: Due to the large volume of applicants, we regret that it is not possible to provide application and/or audition feedback.

Any non-US citizens accepted into the Program will receive assistance in obtaining the appropriate US work authorization.
All auditions will be held in New York City. Please indicate which date(s) you are available to audition. If granted a live audition, please note that you will subsequently select your own audition time via YAP Tracker's self-scheduling feature at the time of notification.

Please upload at least two (2), no more than three (3) contrasting recordings for consideration. Two recordings should be opera arias (one must be in Italian) with either piano or orchestra and the third selection may be oratorio or art song if desired. The system will not permit you to submit more than a total of three files, so please take care when uploading your materials. Minimum number of selections permitted: 2. Audition Repertoire

Preliminary audition repertoire must show a variety of styles and be offered in at least three different languages. Please note that it is acceptable to change audition repertoire for the live audition from what is listed on the application.
