How do I reduce the size of an image
For server performance and storage, we restrict the size of images that can be uploaded. We understand that some users may have images that exceed the 1MB limit and so we ask that before uploading, you resize your image. We also highly recommend you utilize this tool when send your headshots to companies directly via email - their mailboxes will thank you!
There are many tools that can help resize images, some of which are listed below. We have not tested, nor do we endorse these products.

- Resize Images - free online conversion (works best in Firefox or Safari)

- Preview (Included for free on Macs)
- Adobe Photoshop ($)
- GIMP
- Website Planet
Please also be sure to resize any photos you include on your resume using one of these tools. Clicking and dragging the photo itself will not actually reduce it; you must do so before copying and pasting it onto the resume.
