Contact Form

The contact form allows visitors to send a message to the site owner.

When adding or editing a contact form you are able to customize the introduction that appears at the top, the confirmation that appear after a submission has been made and the and the email address that a notification email is sent to upon submission.

To edit these values:

  1. Login to YAP Tracker.
  2. Navigate to the contact form
  3. Click the Edit Page button on the top left
  4. Click the contact form
  5. Click the Edit option in the popup. A form will appear that allows to edit customizable values. (see below). This form also appears when adding the contact form to a page.
  6. Complete the values and Save.
