Promoting Opportunities

Each year YAP Tracker publishes over 3000 opportunities to more than 8000 singers worldwide.

YAP Tracker now offers you the ability to promote your opportunity so that it stands apart from the crowd. Promoting your listing allows you to enhance your company's visibility with your own content, photos, video links and even testimonials so that you can communicate important information about your opportunity.

Featured Daily Alert

YAP Tracker emails a daily alert to members that contains all newly published opportunities; see the right hand side of the image below for an example. This is the first and best chance to grab the attention of our membership, but with so many listings published at the same time, it can be easy for singers to overlook any one announcement. Your featured listing will appear in one daily alert, which is viewed by thousands of members on each publication day.

With a featured opportunity, your announcement will be posted and highlighted at the top of the list, and it may also include an image and text provided by you; see the left hand side of the image below for an example. 

Feature on our front page and posts page

YAP Tracker's front page contains a section for recent editorial posts, which include application announcements, articles and opportunities of interest. The fee for featuring your opportunity includes a mention on our front page linking to the listing and includes a logo or photo. We can also embed a video within the post if you have a YouTube, Facebook video or Vimeo embeddable link. Information that is included in the post is created by our editorial staff and typically is pulled directly from your promotion.  Posts generally remain visible on the front page for one week or more.

Featured Content

A YAP Tracker listing provides singers with the basic information they'll need to decide whether to apply for an opportunity: deadlines, audition locations, audition requirements etc. It doesn't provide other information which you may wish to share with singers to make your offering more compelling, such as testimonials, promotional images, video highlights or other marketing material. 

By featuring a listing, you have the option to add featured content that will be prominently displayed on the listing page.  That featured content will remain as part of the listing in perpetuity.

Facebook feature

Your promotion will also include a feature on our Facebook page, a great way to extend the organic reach of your promotion. Companies who encourage staff, former participants and friends of their program to share their Facebook features can significantly increase the viewership of their posting. 

Alert Reminders

If you would like to remind members of an important impending deadline, an extended deadline, increased prize money or another important announcement, you have the option to include a subsequent announcement in a daily alert on the date of your choosing for an additional $250 per post.
