If accepted as a student of the Bay View Conservatory, I agree to pay all fees, and abide by Conservatory and dormitory regulations. I agree not to bring any alcoholic beverages onto Association premises, not to smoke in any Bay View building or to possess or engage in unauthorized use of drugs while a student of the Conservatory. Conservatory authorities reserve the right to expel students for violations without returning any part of the fees paid. I hereby grant full clearance to the Conservatory to record and/or broadcast any performances by me, without compensation to me and to use photographs taken at Bay View in Festival publications. I understand a deposit of $350 is due upon receipt of notification of acceptance to the Festival to reserve my place and make me eligible for any scholarship consideration. I further agree to remain through the final Sunday evening performance of the Festival.
