Please indicate ALL days you are available for the competition. While efforts will be made to accomodate date requests, the Jensen Foundation cannot guarantee any date and flexibility will be rewarded! All finalists MUST be available Saturday, May 22, 2010.

I am not a past or current recipient of a contract with an OPERA American Budget Level I company or its international equivalent (This does not include cover roles or chorus roles or apprentice/young artist programs.
