The International Vocal Artists Academy of Payerbach (IVAAP) is an immersive program of study and performance for classical singers, where world-renowned baritone Vladimir Chernov and Bel Canto technique specialist Olga Toporkova will help artists to nourish their dreams and catalyze their potential. This program creates a bridge between today's world and the most valuable concepts of Bel Canto technique for a healthy, beautiful voice. More than that, musical interpretation, acting, and movement workshops will complete this three-week lasting intensive session, crowned by performances in Payerbach and Vienna which will definitely change your live! Hawaii Performing Arts Festival is set in one of the world's most unique and inspiring settings, the Big Island of Hawaii. This summer, we will present L'incoronazione di Poppea and Little Women, the musical. Our outstanding faculty includes GRAMMY-winning Baroque specialist Stephen Stubbs as the conductor for Poppea, and the original Broadway cast Laurie, Danny Gurwin, as the stage director for Little Women. Participants are immersed in vocal lessons, musical coachings, dramatic coachings, and Hawaiian cultural exploration. The VOCAL IMMERSION PROGRAM at CASTLETON (ViP) is a 2-week performing arts mentoring program for a select group of emerging professional artists. World-renowned singers, Michelle DeYoung, Paul Groves, actress Dietlinde Turban Maazel, are joined by Robert Grayson, Ben Malensek, world percussion artist Tom Teasley, and guest advisors Susan Graham, Bryn Terfel, and Stephen Wadsworth.
